The staff survey was administered by paper at each building in March.  Over 740 staff members participated, creating a 64% response rate.

The survey showed that overall, 93.6% of staff are satisfied with their job, and 95% are proud of their work and are committed to working here one year from now.

Questions that had the highest number of participants in agreement involved staff efforts to conserve energy, staff going out of their way to help and support students, and staff contributing in a meaningful way to the district mission of inspiring every student to think, to learn and to succeed. 

Questions that suggest the greatest opportunity for improvement include school board member/staff relations and administrator/staff relations.
